Australia is populated by people from diverse ethnic backgrounds and cultures, which results in diversity cuisine. During our two weeks trip, we ranked our favourite restaurants based on the number of our revisit intention. Our top 3 restaurants are Chat Thai, Walpa Lobby Bar, and Miss Lilian Tea House.
All good things come to an end, so does our first trip in Australia. We had only two days left to enjoy Newcastle and to drive back to Sydney. We coped quite well with heatwave until we spent two hours walking along Newcastle’s foreshore footpath after lunch–it was a bad decision.
Would you visit a wine country if you do not drink any alcohol? Our travel agency though so. That’s why we visited Hunter Valley–Australia’s oldest and best known wine region with over 150 great wineries.
The most popular day-trip or weekend escape destination nearby Sydney is Blue Mountains–it’s recommended by our travel agency and many locals. We drove from Sydney around noon and arrived there at the perfect time for taking pictures.
