
Tuna with Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise Sandwiches
Drain out the oil/water in the canned tuna.
Add to the tuna in a bowl. Flake the tuna into chunks.
Mix the tuna with shallot, tomato, salt and mayonnaise in the bowl. Leave tuna salad aside.
Lay out the toasted bun on the preparing surface.
Place green leaf lettuce over one of the bread surface.
Put tuna salad on the sandwich until the desired thickness is reached.
Cover with another half of the toasted bun. Serve immediately.
You can use 2 baguettes or 4 slices of crusty toasted bread instead of the Danish breakfast buns.
