Sweet and Sour Stir Fried with Chicken, Pineapple, and Vegetables

 150 g pineapple, 1/2 inch cut
 1 green bell pepper, core and 1 inch cut
 70 g onion, 1/2 inch cut
 70 g tomato, 1 inch cut
 150 g chicken fillet, 1/2 inch cut
 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
 1 tbsp ketchup
 2 tsp soy sauce
 2 tsp seasoning sauce
 2 tsp sugar
 1 tbsp olive oil

Heat a pan at highest level heat for 2-3 min. Add olive oil into the pan. When the oil begins to smoke, add garlic and chicken. Stir well.

Add pineapple in to the pan. Stir until the chicken is cooked. Add soy sauce, seasoning sauce, ketchup, and sugar. Stir well.

Add onion and bell pepper. Stir for 1 min. Add tomato. Stir until the tomato begins to soft.

Serve immediately in a plate. Don't cook to long after adding tomato as it will make the tomato too soft (mushy).
