Stir Fried Lotus Stems with Minced Pork

 400 g lotus stems
 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
 200 g minced pork
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp soy sauce
 1 tsp seasoning sauce
 1 tsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp soy bean paste
 5 tbsp boiled water

Cut lotus stems one inch long. Leave aside.


Heat up a pan/wok at the hightest heat level.


Heat up the oil in the pan. Add the chopped garlic and stir fry until aromatic.


Add minced pork. Stir fry until it starts to cook.


Add the lotus stems. Stir fry for a few minutes.


Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, and soy bean paste. Stir well.


When the stir fried starts to dry, add boiled water. Stir until the lotus stems start to soften. Remove from the heat. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
