
Spicy Tuna Dip
½ canned tuna in oil
½ tbsp shallot, thin sliced
1 fresh coriander, chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 chili, sliced
1 Radishes, thin sliced

Mix tuna with shallot, coriander, lime juice, sugar in a small bowl. Add fish sauce and chili. Mix well.

Transfer the spicy tuna dip to a dip platter. Sprinkle with sliced radishes. Serve with fresh vegetables and/or freshly cooked jasmine rice. Yum!
