Salted Pickled Mustard with Thai Dressing
Dissolve pasted sugar with lime juice and fish sauce in a small bowl. Mix sliced onion and sliced chilli to the dressing. Leave aside.
You can leave out the chilli if you want to make it mild.

When you take the salted pickled mustard from the pack, the liquid part can be mixed to the dressing as well. Add small amount a time and taste it to make sure that the dressing is not too salty.
Slice the picked mustard into small bites. Put in a serving plate. Pour the dressing over the sliced mustard. Serve with rice or porridge rice.
