Pumpkin Snack

 1 medium size pumpkin
 100 g butter
 2 tbsp sesame
 2 tbsp coconut flakes
 1 pinch salt

Preheat oven at 200 degree Celsius.

Clean the pumpkin. Cut in 8 pieces vertically. Peel off the skin. Scrape out all the seed and stringy stuff. Wash every pieces and leave them dry. Cut into wedges. Transfer the pumpkin to a baking tray that is covered with baking sheet.

Cut better into small chunks. Sprinkle over the pumpkin.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt.

Bring to the oven and roast for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Use a wooden spoon to mix the melted butter with pumpkin. Make sure that the butter cover every piece. Bring back to the oven. Roast for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Leave it at room temperature.

Pan roast sesame with medium heat level for 5 minutes or until start to turn golden. Transfer to a plate. Leave aside.

Pan roast coconut flakes with medium heat for 5 minutes or until start to turn golden. Transfer to a plate. Leave aside.

Mix the roasted sesame and the roasted coconut flakes together. Sprinkle the mix over the roasted pumpkin. Use spoons to make sure every pieces cover with the mix. Transfer to a serving plate.
