Oatmeal Cookies

 75 g oatmeal
 75 g butter
 125 g sugar
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 1 tbsp flour
 1 tsp vanilla sugar
 1 tbsp baking powder
 1 pinch salt

Put oatmeal in a bowl.

Melt butter and add into the bowl. Mix together.

Mix the dough with sugar and lightly beaten egg.

Mix flour with vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour into the bowl. Stir well.

Put 2tsp of the dough per cookie on a baking sheet. Make sure that there is enough room between cookies because they will spread out during baking.

Bake the cookies at 180 degree Celsius for 10 min. approximately. We recommend to place the baking tray at the second rack from the top in the oven.

Remove baked cookies from the oven. Leave to cool on the baking tray for a few minutes.

Use a wide palette knife slide under the baked cookies and transfer them to wire cooling rack to finish the cooling.

Let the baked cookies cool completely and keep in a tin container.
