Nama Chocolate

 250 ml whipped cream
 400 g Valrhona Jivara 40% milk chocolate
First prepare the frame

I use 10-inch square cake tin. Then I line the cake tin with baking sheet.

Second making chocolate

Bring 250ml whipped cream to boil. Remove from the heat. Add 400g Valrhona Jivara 40% milk chocolate. Stir until chocolate turns silky smooth and shiny. Transfer the chocolate to the prepared frame. Let it cool down to the room temperature before put in fridge. Keep it in the fridge overnight.

Finally serving

Remove from the fridge. Use a warm knife to cut the chocolate into square pieces. Put the chocolate pieces in a cold serving plate. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or Matcha green tea powder. Serve it chill.
