Fried Rice with Shrimps

 6 tiger shrimps, butterfly cut
 1 egg
 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
 1 cup cooked rice, 1-3 days old, kept in the refrigerator
 1 tsp soy sauce
 1 tsp seasoning sauce
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 spring onions, cut
 1 pinch salt

Heat up a pan at highest heat level. Pour olive oil into the pan. Add garlic and shrimps to the pan. Stir well. Remove the almost cooked shrimps from the pan onto a plate. Leave aside.

Break the shell and add egg to the pan. Stir in quick motion to break up the egg yolk. Scramble the egg. Add cooked rice into the pan. Leave for 5 seconds. Stir rice and egg together, making sure the rice does not stick together in chunks.

Reduce the heat to medium level. Add soy sauce and seasoning sauce. Stir well. Add salt, one cut spring onion and cooked shrimps. Stir well. Serve in a plate. Sprinkle with the remaining spring onions.
