
Danish Cinnamon Bun with Ice Cream
1 Danish cinnamon bun
2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
1 tsp crushed roasted peanuts
a small bunch of mints, pluck only the top parts off with all the small and fresh leaves

Place the cinnamon bun on a serving plate and top with the ice-cream. Garnish with the crushed, roasted peanuts and decorate with the fresh, small mint leaves around the ice-cream. Serve immediately.
