Baked Mont d’Or

Yields1 Serving

 1 Mont d’Or cheese, room temperature
 1 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
 60 ml white wine
 1 branch of fresh rosemary

Preheat the oven at 190 degree Celsius.


Slit the top of the cheese. Sprinkle sliced garlic. Pour the wine. Break the branch of rosemary into 2 inch-long and pin on the top of the cheese.


Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve while hot with sourdough bread.
