
Bacon-Wrapped Enoki Mushrooms
Pre-heat oven at 200 degree Celsius.
Rinse bacon in cold water to get rid of exceed salt and reduce shrinkage. Dap with kitchen paper and cut in half. Leave aside.
Rinse Enoki mushrooms. Cut off and discard the roots. Split the long stems into 18 bundles. Wrap each bundles with a piece of the prepared bacon. Put on a stick. Keep some space between bundles.
Transfer the bacon sticks to a baking try covered with a baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Dap the exceed fat and water with kitchen paper. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with your favourite sauce. I recommend Thai seafood sauce or Japanese Okonomiyaki sauce for spicy and non-spicy preference respectively.
