Apple Crumble

 6 Pink Lady® apples
 2 tbsp lime juice
 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar
 250 g sugar
 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
 150 g butter
 200 g all-purpose flour
 1 pinch sea salt

Pre-heat oven at 150 degree Celsius.

To make the crumble: mix the flour, 200 g sugar, 1 Tbsp cinnamon and vanilla sugar in a round bowl. Dice the butter in a small cube and rub into the flour mix with your finger tips until you have a crumble like texture.

Peel, core, dice apples and put the apple chunks into a clean bowl. Add 50 g sugar, 1 Tbsp cinnamon and 2 Tbsp lime juice and rub on the apple chunks.

Drain the apple chunks and transfer to an oven prove dish. Sprinkle the crumble mix evenly and generously over the fruit, and bake for and hour until the fruit is bubbling and the topping golden.
