Chocolate Mousse from ‘t Gulden Vlies
Last month I visited Belgium, the headquarters of the European Union. Aside from a variety of quality chocolates and famous beers, for me personally, Belgium brings back memories of being an exchange student in the city of Namur in Wallonia in French speaking part of the country.
But even more importantly from a food stanpoint, one of my best friends who happen to live in the historic town of Bruges shared with me his family’s recipe for chocolate mousse. Yay! The recipe which is of course super delicious — light yet rich and creamy — is available at http://chocolatemousse.rebru.be If you have a chance to visit Bruges, by all means make sure to make a detour to t’ Gulden Vlies, a quaint family-owned restaurant located in a charming part of town. And who knows? Perhaps, you will fall in love with Belgian food just like I did.
