My friends and I have made a deal always to try a new restaurant when we meet in the city. This time, we went to a restaurant called MAD, aka Modern American Dinner, located next to the world-famous amusement park Tivoli in the centre of Copenhagen. We ordered a Pó Boy sandwich, crab cakes, a classic burger as well as a Wagyu ‘Gobe’ burger, sweet potato fries and still water. Total cost: DKK 453 or USD 90 for three people.
Over the years, playing board games with friends has somehow become an annual winter tradition. But since purchasing board games yourself easily becomes quite an investment, wouldn’t it be nice to have a place where you could go and try out all sorts of board games before (possibly) buying them? Luckily, in the centre of Copenhagen such a place exists. It’s called Bastard Café and it is jolly fun.
