Australia, Here I am! : Sydney Opera House
Sydney Opera House in a sunny day looks astonishing! We spent a whole day walking and talking pictures from different angles. We also took a tour inside Sydney Opera House. For me, Sydney Opera House is a house of opera in many levels because a history of this building is such a soap opera.
We took a bus from our hotel, Cambridge Hotel Sydney, to Circular Quay station and walked to Sydney Opera House. The best way to get around the city by public transportation is to use Sydney’s Opal Card. You can buy Opal Card at many convenient stores, such as 7-eleven, and top up on daily basis. Remember to tap when you get off the bus as well if you don’t want to drain your credit.

We joined Sydney Opera House Tour at the Welcome Centre located on the Lower Concourse level of the Sydney Opera House. We discovered insider secrets and stories of the Opera house, artists and performances, and stepped inside the iconic theatres and foyers that bring to life over thousands performances each year. We learned about how Danish architect, Jorn Utzon’s vision came into existence against impossible odds, and captured photographs from rare vantage points. Tour concludes approximately one hour after commencement.
