Australia is populated by people from diverse ethnic backgrounds and cultures, which results in diversity cuisine. During our two weeks trip, we ranked our favourite restaurants based on the number of our revisit intention. Our top 3 restaurants are Chat Thai, Walpa Lobby Bar, and Miss Lilian Tea House.
Just to be clear that we have no affiliation with any of these restaurants. We simply revisited the restaurants because they really sparked joy.
We visited Chat Thai four times during our stay in Sydney. We love Thai food in general. Whenever we travel, we always look for Thai food and compare to our favourite one in Copenhagen. Thai food at Chat Thai strikes our taste buds. Moreover, Chat Thai locates at Gateway Sydney, opposite to Circular Quay, which we walked pass everyday. Good food in good location, who can resist?
We visited Walpa Lobby Bar three times during our stay at Ayers Rock Resort. Walpa is our favourite place for a relaxed sitting for coffee and cake casual lunch or a light meal, a pre-dinner drink or night cap after a sunset tour. Walpa is contemporary and welcoming. Don’t forget to mention that we were impressed by indigenous fusion food as well as good service.
We visited Miss Lilian Tea House once during our stay in Blue Mountains, but it climbed up to our top 3 because of stylish food, friendly service, and relaxing atmosphere. Miss Lilian Tea House locates nearby Three Sisters lookout and offers free parking for customers.
